Shipping & Returns Policy

Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns & replacements are only applicable if the received items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Claims must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date through our official channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Email). Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that are unsealed, used, or tampered with will not qualify.
  • The claimed item must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date. Once received, our Quality Assurance team will evaluate the product. If approved, a replacement will be issued.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Replacement of the same product and shade will be prioritized. Requests for a different product or shade are not encouraged, but may be reviewed by our Customer Service team on a case-by-case basis.


Delivery Time

  • Our standard delivery time across Pakistan is 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary in case of weather conditions, public holidays, or safety restrictions.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are applied based on the weight and size of your parcel.
  • Any applicable charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
